Josh has been involved in headhunting since he joined Jivaro as its head of Client Research division in 1999. In addition to his day-to-day headhunting responsibilities, he also manages multiple teams of recruiters that focus on high tech placements and handles operations for one of Jivaro’s four regional offices. Josh has forged strong relationships with several top-tier venture capital firms. While his focus is on assisting them staff executive positions at their portfolio companies, he has also helped many startup companies obtain funding through his VC relationships.

A native of eastern Washington, Mike enjoyed all that the Pacific Northwest had to offer and still continues to stay active today. An avid body builder and Spartan Race competitor, Mike is always looking for new ways to challenge himself. With a degree in hydraulics and pneumatics, Mike spent the first part of his professional career working in the industrial press industry. It wasn’t until meeting Jivaro CEO Josh Bear that a career change came calling. Starting as a recruiter in 2011, Mike embraced the change of direction in his professional life and hasn’t looked back since. Working as a recruiter, a team lead, a manager and now a Vice President… Mike’s passion for talent acquisition is unmatched. Mike has been both an elite level recruiter as well as a top manager during his career with Jivaro. He continues to lead growth, provide training, and mentoring of the Jivaro talented staff on a daily basis. He truly enjoys making an impact to better people’s life in a positive way.

Dylan Hill, Vice President

While Dylan considers himself an Idaho native, he was born and raised in Hawaii. Dylan graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Communications with a Business emphasis. He played D1 golf for the Vandals and was selected team captain. While studying at Idaho, he met his now wife Madison. The two live outside of Coeur d’Alene and have two boys together. When he is not spending time with his family, Dylan can be found taking advantage of what the Pacific Northwest is best know for. His main interests are golfing, snowboarding and spending time on the lake. Before JPH, Dylan spent time working for startups in the area where he focused on Account Management and Sales. In 2014, Dylan joined JPH as a Headhunter where he’s been able to utilize his sales and management background to excel in recruitment. In his time with JPH, he’s been one of the top producers as a Headhunter, Team Lead, Group Manager and now Vice President.

David Sibrian, Vice President

David grew up in Blaine County competing in football, basketball, and tennis for Wood River. As a Wood River native, David has contributed to his community by volunteering as a coach for youth sports. His favorite hobbies are basketball and Golf. Following the attainment of his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Idaho, David joined JPH. As David has evolved through his career, he has moved from mentee to mentor – while maintaining a belief that there is something to be learned from everyone. Over his tenure, he has structured and restructured the Hailey and Ketchum office and ultimately ascended to VP. His influence on the development and trajectory of JPH ensures that innovation across recruiting processes are constantly evolving.

Rebecca Jones, Director of Human Resources

As a Human Resource Department of one, Rebecca stays busy, but she wouldn’t change a thing. She has been with Jivaro Professional Headhunters close to three years and in Human Resources for nine years. She loves to solve problems and is passionate about connecting with people. She always tries to help find employee’s full potential and use it towards their passion and future in the workplace. When starting her position at JPH, she worked hard to achieve her SHRM-CP certification. She tries everyday to make sure the employee’s feel valued and heard for if the company is not a rewarding place to work, employees won’t do great work. She is a native Idahoan and loves spending time, especially outside with her husband, two boys and two pups.

Laura Remington, Director of Finance

The human calculator, Laura found her interest in math at a young age and decided to turn her obsession in accounting into a career. First attending North Idaho College and then the University of Idaho, to receive a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Laura brings a passion for numbers and a constant desire to calculate something into her current role as Corporate Controller of Jivaro Professional Headhunters.

Her favorite joke… Where do homeless accountants live? In a tax shelter!
