Jivaro
Onsite Contract Recruiter Arrangement
Jivaro
will provide a Sr. onsite recruiter (5 years minimum
experience) at client site.
This
person will be responsible to
- Pre-screen all candidates presented to Client Company
- Facilitate the interview process including, coordinating
schedules, arranging travel arrangements if necessary
- Provide post interview information to client and candidate
as to next steps
- Counsel Client Company on compensation package
- Close the candidate
Jivaro Contingency Arrangement

Each client company will be assigned seasoned recruiter
(3 years minimum experience) to be the specific point
of contact
- Our team of sourcers and researchers will assist in
qualifying potential candidates
- Recruiter will pre-screen all candidates presented
to client company
- Jivaro representative will provide counsel to client
company on, interview process, candidate concerns/issues,
and compensation package
Jivaro Exclusive Search Arrangement
Each Client
company will receive a sit down consultation with a
Sr. Jivaro recruiter (5 years Minimum Experience) in
order to gather search critical information i.e.: their
business culture, to acquire knowledge of their particular
management style and corporate philosophy, product specific
information, and execute any potential NDA’s.
- 2 Sourcers/researchers
will be assigned to each Exclusive search assignment.
As part of this service - Jivaro will;
- Work closely with management team at Client Company
and Jivaro team at our home office
- Pre-screen all candidates presented to Client Company
- Facilitate the interview process including, coordinating
schedules, arranging travel arrangements if necessary
- Provide post interview information to client and candidate
as to next steps
- Counsel Client Company on compensation package
- Close the candidate

Exclusive - Client Company agrees that Jivaro
will be the only search firm working on any positions.

- Each
client company will be assigned one Jivaro
representative as a single point of contact. However,
beneath the surface, 8 people, (one other Sr. Recruiter
and up to 6 sourcers/researchers) will be assigned to
the search.

part of this service - Jivaro will;
